Agent Data Confidentiality Terms

By creating an agent account on MontenegroHousing.com, you agree to the following terms:

1. Purpose Limitation

You will use cadastre data (including owner names, encumbrance details, contract numbers, and any other personal or financial identifiers) accessed through this platform SOLELY for the purpose of verifying properties you list or represent, and advising your clients on those properties.

2. Confidentiality

You will not share, redistribute, publish, or disclose personal data (owner names, ID numbers, financial details) from cadastre records to any third party, including your clients in raw form. You may share your professional summary and verification conclusion, but never the underlying personal data.

3. Data Security

You will not download, screenshot, or store cadastre data outside this platform without legitimate professional reason. You will not share your account credentials with any other person, including colleagues.

4. Access Monitoring

All access to cadastre details is logged and monitored, including timestamps, IP addresses, and the specific properties you view. You consent to this monitoring as a condition of using the platform.

5. Termination

Violation of this agreement may result in immediate account termination, legal action under Montenegro's Personal Data Protection Law and EU GDPR, and reporting to relevant authorities.

6. Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of Montenegro. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Podgorica.

7. Updates

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified via email and require re-acceptance.
