If you are the owner of a property whose cadastre data appears on MontenegroHousing, you may request removal.

What we show

Only publicly available cadastre information (parcel number, area, encumbrances) sourced from Montenegro's official eKatastar service. We do not display owner names or personal information.

Legal Basis

We process this data under legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) for property buyer protection and market transparency.

Request Removal

Send an email to contact@montenegrohousing.com with:

• Parcel number (e.g. 1483)
• Cadastral municipality (e.g. BUDVA)
• Proof of ownership (List Nepokretnosti)

We will respond within 30 days.
