Agents and sellers who list properties on MontenegroHousing agree to: • Provide accurate and truthful information • Ensure they have authority to list the property • Not list properties with illegal status or fraudulent titles • Update or remove listings when sold or changed • Comply with all applicable Montenegrin real estate laws We reserve the right to remove any listing at our discretion.
6. Intellectual Property
The website design, content, and code are owned by MontenegroHousing. Property photos and descriptions remain the property of the listing agent/owner. You may not reproduce or distribute site content without permission.
7. AI Assistant
